The idea
A couple years ago I joined an in-person networking group. It changed my business and my life. We met weekly, referred each other clients, and became real friends along the way.
I've been thinking about how well that model could translate online, and specifically to Substack. So I want to try it.

The meeting
What a meeting looks like
One hour a week. Live over video. That's the whole commitment.
Each meeting:
- Everyone introduces themselves, shares what they write about, and says what kind of support would be helpful from the group that week
- One person takes a longer slot to share their newsletter, their story, and where they're headed
- We cover one useful topic together. A strategy, a tactic, something concrete about growing on Substack
That's it.

The biggest creators on Substack treat other creators as a primary growth channel. This is a more intentional version of that.

In-person networking groups usually have membership dues, but this one is brand new and totally free. I just want to see if it works.
